Domestic Orders (in USA): We have a state-of-the-art shipping system and try to ship every order as quickly as possible.

• Delivery time: 
  • Payment by credit card: Usually your orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days either from our CA, IL or FL warehouses.
  • Payment by money order or checks: Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we your payment is cleared by our bank.
• Transit time: We normally ship via UPS ground. Usually it will takes around 5 - 7 business days for ground delivery within USA mainland. Your order might arrive earlier than 5 - 7 business day.It depends on where you located.
• Expedited shipping service: Expedited shipping service is available upon request. Additional expedited shipping charges will be applied.
• Back Orders: If there is any back orders, then we usually will inform you within 1 working day, and inform you the estimated delivery time.

International Orders : The standard Process for international orders is as follows:

• Please note that we no longer accept checks for international orders starting from Jan. 01, 2008.
• Please place your order, we would e-mail or fax you a performa invoice showing all relevant charges (i.e. payment, shipping, bank charge, and delivery etc).
• You should send a wire transfer to our bank and upon confirmation of receipt of funds, we would ship within 1 - 3 working days. We use all the major, reputable worldwide freight forwarders and carriers. 
• We will notify you freight carrier's name and tracking# ASAP after we arrange the shipment.  

Drop ship orders: Sorry that we do not drop ship orders. We only deliver shipments to credit card holder's address. Thus we can prevent identity theft and provide you extra protections.
