30 days Customer Satisfactory Warranty :
- All products (except LCD TV, LCD monitors and consumable products) has 30 days (after your purchase date) satisfactory warranty.
- A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds). Credit amount will be applied to product itself only (Not including shipping freight).
Expiration of RMA numbers:
RMA numbers are valid for 14 days after being issued. The Best Prodcuct 4 U must receive product within this time period.
Product Warranty:
- All merchandise are guaranteed with manufacture's warranty. The warranty period of each product can be found in the bottom of each product page.
- We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the warranty period. Exceptions:
* Items are abused.
* Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) or
serial number can not be returned (if the item is damaged or defective).
- Products under Manufacture Direct Warranty: Please contact manufactures directly regarding these products under Manufactures' Direct warranty, or if you encounter any problems and need further assistance, please call us or e-mail to Customer_Service@TheBestProduct4U.com, and we will assist you ASAP.
- If you receive a package that is damaged due to transportation, please make a note of " package is received with damage" on freight bill, and contact us or e-mail to: Customer_Service@TheBestProduct4U.com within 24 hours after you receive this package.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
- LCD monitors and LCD TVs can only be exchanged or repaired. No return for non-product defectives will be accepted due to buyer remorse
- Consumable products or personal products can not be returned for credit (For examples, personal hygiene produts, shavers and razors, and personal products....etc).

The returned item should include a note explaining the problems & the appropriate ' return shipping address'.
- Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for processing.

You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your credit after it has been applied to your account.

No returns sent COD will be accepted. Freight of returned shipment must be sent pre-paid.

IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our Return Authorization process.

You will receive an RMA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.

Any returned package that does not have an RMA number will be returned to sender.
